I rarely leave negative reviews, but after a recent experience with this office, I feel compelled to share my concerns. My 82-year-old father developed a serious case of shingles affecting his face and eye. When I called the office seeking an appointment as a follow up to his initial treatment in the ER, I was told the earliest he could be seen was the following afternoon despite the seriousness of his symptoms.
