My appointment with Dr Ryan was disappointing to say the least. He was dismissive of cold symptoms that have been lingering for over a month. He told me verbatim “In your profession you have to expect to get sick 5 to 6 times a year and you just have to deal with it”. As a remedy, he told me to play hand washing videos for my students to help decrease germs that we are exposed to. Absolutely poor bedside manner and unwilling to listen to my needs.

I just change my primary doctor. It was the best experience I ever had. Christopher is very professional and his office was well equipped. I am so glad he is now our primary doctor

I understand when the doctor's appointment are running behind and it takes a little longer to see the doctor (Dr. Ryan), as was the case this time. I am perfectly happy to accept that and really do like Dr. Ryan. However, I waited 45 minutes for a lab tech to draw blood AFTER my appointment with Dr. Ryan. The desk receptionist indicated it would be 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting room with other lab clients for far longer and without any explanation than necessary. Simply unprofessional.
