I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Dr. Christopher Buelvas’ office. Despite calling ahead to inform the staff I was running late due to a family emergency, I was denied care for being one minute past their grace period—even after explaining I was leaving town for a funeral. Dr Buelvas is the best Dr I have ever had. He is kind, patient and takes the time to really listen and help you. He helped me when no one else could figure out my mast cell disorder. He is a caring human being and wonderful person.
So their system went down and they have zero ability to be Dr's. They said go to the ER ! What a joke. The Medical & Insurance industry only cares about Data & Money. Not us.
The doctor is very good unfortunately his office staff is horrible mixes up insurance they also try to pawn you off on the other two providers even if you request not to see them
