Dr. Roxbury is an excellent surgeon. He has greatly improved my quality of life. The office is a bit tricky work with as he does get called into emergency surgery or surgery might last longer than expected. You do need to follow up with the office when needed and remain flexible.
Whatever you do don’t trust what anyone at the call center tells you when it comes to making an appointment and make sure you talk to the office. I was canceled on at the last minute on the day of my appointment due to the dr going into emergency surgery and then was told I could be rescheduled for two days later. With a 1.5 hour commute there and back I showed up to find out there was no confirmation of me in the system and the doctor wasn’t working that day.
