I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Roloff at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. His bedside manner was condescending and dismissive. He referred to me as “young lady” and made me feel as though it was my fault for seeking care after feeling severely ill for three weeks. I was referred to the ER after visiting urgent care and was simply following medical advice. He was condescending and unprofessional. He dismissed my (and my wife's) concerns and treated us like we were wasting his time. I do not recommend this doctor if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients.

Heart palpitations at urgent care sent me to Sturdy Memorial. All staff were very caring even though palpitations were gone by the time I arrived. Gave me good information on what the cause may be did a thorough check through blood work and X-rays then made sure I had follow up with a cardiologist. Dr. Roloff was a good emergency room doc. Did not release me until the blood work had come back told me right away what radiology had determined on my X-ray.
