Attempted to contact office multiple times for an appointment or even blood work due to an active flare up. Spoke to people 3-4 different times and assured they would send a message to Dr. Rice. If they Dr. Rice the message I am not sure, but I think maybe he never responded to them. I have multiple joint pain, fatigue/weakness of both arms and sores all in my mouth. I went to ENT who advised of the sores, and I received multiple medications to treat the sores. ENT recommended follow up with Dr. Rice who was a FAIL. This has... read more

At such a young age, I have experienced a number of rheumatologist , this is by far the best rheumatologist I have ever had. I think Dr. Rice really takes the time to listen to what the patient says and tries to give them a detail and well explained answer. He also provides feedback that could help you with your overall health. The staff is very friendly and they are able to squeeze you in if you need to make an urgent appointment. I would honestly recommend this doctors office to people who are in need of a rheumatologist.

Dr. Rice is a great doctor when you are there for an office appointments however I am a little disappointed after having lab work done twice which he requested and never called me back with the reading? I had to call him each time asking about the results, I've had to leave several messages for a call back to know what's going on with my health! I can see it on Mychart but I can't understand it, being that I am not a Medical professional. On Mychart it states to wait 48 hrs for a response back which I don't believe he checks... read more
