At such a young age, I have experienced a number of rheumatologist , this is by far the best rheumatologist I have ever had. I think Dr. Rice really takes the time to listen to what the patient says and tries to give them a detail and well explained answer. He also provides feedback that could help you with your overall health. The staff is very friendly and they are able to squeeze you in if you need to make an urgent appointment. I would honestly recommend this doctors office to people who are in need of a rheumatologist.

Dr. Rice is a great doctor when you are there for an office appointments however I am a little disappointed after having lab work done twice which he requested and never called me back with the reading? I had to call him each time asking about the results, I've had to leave several messages for a call back to know what's going on with my health! I can see it on Mychart but I can't understand it, being that I am not a Medical professional. On Mychart it states to wait 48 hrs for a response back which I don't believe he checks... read more
Dr Rice has been wonderful. He takes time to explain and always has been on schedule. Office staff very nice.
It is unfortunate that I am stuck with Dr Rice at this time. He is non responsive, I called last Tuesday to discuss recent labs and was told by the nurse that they would get the message to him, as in the past I have to call again to follow up on the call and was today today that he us out of the office. Unfortunately, I will be away for the week and won’t be able to follow up with him until I return. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to accepting the referral.
