Early this week, my daughter had been running a temp for almost a week, and while running a high fever Monday night, she had what I thought was a seizure so I called an ambulance. The medic was very nice and after assessing her, he said he believed it wasn't a seizure so no visit to the ER was necessary, to just follow up with our PCP the next day. Clean office and liked the nurses on staff, but having a Doctor who kisses my child multiple times gives me not great vibes. My child is also only a few months old with a developing immune system. I wouldn’t expect a stranger to kiss my child, let alone a pediatrician who should be aware of germs. Not sure how I feel about that!

I came in with severe pain in my spine with radiating pain down into my left arm. Was asked about it, but left waiting in a room to see the doctor which has been over 2 hours now. I'm currently waiting now, and still haven't heard from the doctor or been given any type of examination. Very unprofessional.

Dr.harbour is so caring and explains everything and cares very much about your fears. CT scan found a spot on my lung and he really cared about my fears and recommended a 6months to do CT scan again. I hope for the best. His staff and his nurse very caring people. Best pulmonary Doctor in North miss.

I had to go to this sorry excuse for an er,because I had severe back pain and had not slept in 3 nights. The er doctor that was there talked to me like I was just wanting pain meds and I never said a word about wanting pain meds He gave me a shot of steroids,that shot kept me up another 2 nights! What is wrong with doctors? Do they only care about their money? I will NEVER go to that er again!!!

I like to thank the staff at IMA for their hard work. Thank Dr. Kings nurses who always have a pleasant attitude when I call and have questions about my mother care ( Mrs. E. Moore). They will return your calls asap. Please keep up the good work and stay safe during the pandemic.

I like to give a big shout out to the infusion department because my mom, Ethel Moore from Houston called me all the way to Baltimore, letting me know how happy she was about her visit yesterday. The phlebotomist took her blood with no problems. The previous visit was not good at all with the phlebotomist it took several time before someone could get her blood... so please who ever took her blood yesterday, "Thank You"... I am a nurse and have worked in several hospitals over the years. I have received excellent care at NMMC however they obviously need more people working in the billing dept. This is the THIRD time I have called and been put on hold for over 25 minutes. I am just trying to find out what I owe on a bill. Apparently getting their money isn't important to them.
