I scheduled my first appointment. I left work early (half day) I drive across town an hour to be there on time. I get there 30 minutes early and the receptionist tells me - oh we have been calling you to reschedule. Well I receive a lot of calls and I was at work- you didn’t leave me a message. All they had to do was leave a message and I would not have wasted time leaving work early, driving an hour - for nothing. I will not be rescheduling with this office.
Dr Riley is the best, he takes the time to sit with his patients and talk about what is needed!!!!
When you go to the consultation the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Dr Reilly explains everything and answers all questions. Once you leave everything is on you so make sure to ask every question you can think of because it’s hard getting the Gwen lady whose suppose to be guiding you through the whole process on the phone. I tried this morning to get an appointment with Dr. Reilly. He came very well recommended from friends of ours. He might be the bees knees in bariatrics but you will never know that personally because of his horrendous office staff. the first person i had the misfortune of speaking to was a girl "Lijah"? She left me on hold for over ten minutes and then again for several more. She told me they were very busy. When I asked her if they were too busy for new patients she said "yes". Dr Reilly was very patient. He answered all my questions. Explained everything, did not rush like most doctors. It was a very pleasant visit under the circumstances. A fellow nurse highly recommended him and she was not wrong. I drove over an hour to get to his office. Worth the drive. I will continue to see him for my surgery needs.
