I had asked dr. R about what to expect after the procedure, and a couple of things slipped through the cracks. First was the incredible level of pain that lasted a week. Second was that I had no bladder control for 24 hours. I don't know if there was something out of the ordinary about my case, but I wasn't prepared for what happened after the procedure. Dr. Reynolds is a caring and conscientious physician. He immediately responded to the call from my ER doctor. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided the appropriate treatment. I highly recommend him to other patients.
After having two different urologists, with each having conducted surgery on me, they both retired. I found myself in need of a new urologist to perform bladder and prostate surgery. My records were transferred to Carilion Clinic Urology and an appointment was quickly secured. Dr. Reynolds proved to be very conscientious, professional and personal. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds for all of your urology needs.

First the bathroom, where all patients need to leave a sample, was nasty, there was urine on the floor, all over the toilet, and the odor was horrible. I had to clean the toilet before I used it. I procedure, when he was done, his cell phone rang, and that was the last I saw of him. I had questions, but i guess he didn't have the time. I didn't know if I could leave or not, asked the nurse and she wasn't sure either, I waited 15 minutes and left.
