You cannot get a live person on the phone that is actually in the office to make simple changes. You get a service line and then nobody can help you and they send messages and no charges happen. I have been trying to get the billing fixed and I get the run around and nobody can help. After spending years and many hours I am now filing complaints wherever I can! I have no more energy. This office would get negative stars if I could. They say to show up 15 minutes early. But why? I showed up and signed in 10 minutes early for a 1pm appointment. Sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before being called back for vitals. Then sat in the room waiting for 40 minutes before leaving. I took time off of work for this appointment to wait for over an hour and never been seen. Who has the time to waste?
