I have a lot of past medical trauma being neurodivergent high functioning AuDHD and when I moved here from Texas Dr Haydanek took care of me and my family with understanding and compassion when 2 others before him treated me as a junkie for trying to establish as a new patient from Texas needing medication for my ADHD. You cannot get a live person on the phone that is actually in the office to make simple changes. You get a service line and then nobody can help you and they send messages and no charges happen. I have been trying to get the billing fixed and I get the run around and nobody can help. After spending years and many hours I am now filing complaints wherever I can! I have no more energy. This office would get negative stars if I could. They say to show up 15 minutes early. But why? I showed up and signed in 10 minutes early for a 1pm appointment. Sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before being called back for vitals. Then sat in the room waiting for 40 minutes before leaving. I took time off of work for this appointment to wait for over an hour and never been seen. Who has the time to waste?
Phenomenal primary care doctor we feel ssoooo fortunate to have him.
