He has been my dr about 4 years now. We had a rocky start as I am a -sort of - difficult patient due to my inability to speak. But he and the staff have been super patient with me. I had throat cancer and can not speak. I am his only patient like me.so he n the staff have learned from me as we have went along.They are Really Great. As is the entire offce.
No unreasonable wait time. Good listener. Seems efficient. Good communication skills. Pleasant mannerisms. Competent, friendly staff. Inspires confidence through interpersonal skills.
He listens to you and explains thoroughly. Doesn't treat you like a number, takes time to make sure you understand.
Dr. Grant truly listens and takes whatever time is necessary to understand your situation. He reminds me of the it used to be when Doctors really cared about their patients.
