The receptionist wasn't helpful at all when I asked a question about medication saying that Dr. Porter "usually" doesn't do that. To me it sounds like he does it sometimes. She was rude.
Appendix removed. My first operation; and I was nervous. However, Dr. Porter’s professional yet personal manner calmed and reassured me. The entire OR team was also very considerate and also supported my wife since it was during the Pandemic and she couldn’t stay in the hospital waiting room during the procedure. It is very reassuring to know that professionals like Dr. Porter are there if you need them!
