I had my home treated for carpenter bees last year which came with a 1 year warranty. When the bees returned this spring they came out twice more to re-treat. They were professional at every point of contact. Highly recommended for any unwanted critters.
Another pleasant experience with this company this week for a standard treatment. As usual, the specialist was prompt, energetic, informative and very thorough. Also, the slip covers that technicians put over their shoes before entering is a very appreciated touch.
John is incredibly knowledgeable about what he is doing. My household has used his services on two occasions and both times he was on time, professional, and incredibly responsive. He takes care around our pets to make sure that everything is safe for them. John is friendly and accommodating. We will happily be using his services again should the need arise.
