Extremely dismissive, lacks professionalism, zero follow-through and horrible bedside manner. He has been my father’s physician for years and knows nothing about him. Obviously he’s more concerned with saving Kaiser money rather than taking care of patients. Dr. Cybukski has refused to order routine tests, scoffed when I requested diagnostic blood work. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, he opted to prescribing blood pressure medicine for my dad without any discussion. Totally useless! Avoid this Dr.
I felt like this doctor was really dismissive and uninterested. I don't trust him and he made me very uncomfortable. I only saw him one and them I immediately changed my doctor.
Great doctor. Really cares. Very quiet but extremely easy to talk to, does everything to make me comfortable and explain what I want to understand.
