Went in with numb arms and hands along with terrible pain. Looked at my neck mri and said nothing pinched. I said well what could be wrong and he just kept saying I don't know, maybe try lyrica!! Really!! Didn't even know or want to find out what was wrong. I said I had an upper back ct which was bad did you see it, says no and didn't need too. Acted like he didn't even want to talk with me, didn't care and hurried out. So he was no help and I'm in so much pain. What a waste of time and money!!
He removed my staples without gloves, or washing his hands first. Then he was mad at me because it got infected. Then he touched my bare infected skin. Zero bedside manner. Let me drive from Corning to Ithaca for something that could have been done in an email. He didn't tell me that the schwannoma could grow back until after he took it out, and guess what... it's back...
