I have had consistently good experiences here, as my primary care physician.
Dr. LaFollette is a fabulous MD. He listens and cares about his patients’ wellbeing. I would send any friend or family member to him.
Won’t wait long in the waiting room. Staff is excellent. Kathy, his nurse is helpful and quickly takes care of needs. Dr. LaFollette is personable and kind. He is a genuinely concerned, down to earth doc. He listens, then gives his recommendation. If you don’t like it he tries to work with you toward a solution that is doable for you. He is a patient provided. He takes messages via the patient portal and answers emails when appropriate. I think he’s the best primary care MD I’ve ever had!
Great doctor. Listens well, cares about his patients. However, unlike other reviewers, I cannot reach him, his staff doesn't return phone calls, and it took me 5 weeks to get an appointment. Not his fault. This has all happened since IU Health took over. Sigh.
I've seen him for my annual checkup for years, and he has always been prompt, thorough, and considerate.
Dr. Lafollette is a fantastic provider. He is prompt, patient, listens, and answers questions. He is easily reachable and can handle minor questions via the patient portal (messaging system). I trust his advice and feel confident recommending him.
