Prescriber gave me, a diabetic patient, olanzapine multiple times a day for anxiety, a medication known for causing insulin resistance without warning me of anything. Seems like he doesn’t care about checking patient medical history at all. Luckily I figured out that it was causing me to need massive amounts of insulin and so I had to come off of it cold turkey with no guidance since the receptionist doesn’t seem to ever pick up the phone or return calls. I have been with Chris since 2022 when I was just a kiddo at 17 years old now I’m going on 21 years old and now a new mother!! and Chris and Denise have stood by my side till this day! Absolutely wonderful doctor and receptionist. I wouldn’t trade them for the world if you are looking for a mental health doctor that will take you seriously and work with you He is your guy!! forever will thank this wonderful team! I was referred to this place for care. I was told to wait for them to call me. After over a month, I called them. They only have an answering machine. What kind of medical office doesn't have a receptionist or appointment scheduler? They claim to have 12 nurse practitioners and 2 docs, so it's not like it's a small place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
First time I ever missed an appointment was due to being admitted to the ICU. He blew up my phone, calling multiple times, and left unprofessional messages on my voicemail.
