First time I ever missed an appointment was due to being admitted to the ICU. He blew up my phone, calling multiple times, and left unprofessional messages on my voicemail.
I have been a patient of Mr.Korsgaard for quite a few years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and his expertise is top-notch! I have been so impressed that my daughter is now seeing him and I have full faith that she is in great hands!
I have no issue with the doctor. His receptionist/assistant has horrible communication skills and I’m very frustrated. For a week I have been trying to get a hold of her to send over my labs and to get my prior authorization approved. She swears she can’t find the medication orders but won’t check with the doctor and I have proof from the pharmacy that they have them.
