Awesome Dr!!
Dr Eckstein explained my treatment plan and any side effects I may experience. He answered my questions and was patient and attentive to my concerns about my treatment plan. Within the first week of taking prescribed medicine I noticed the biggest change after 3 years with no diagnosis. The Neurology department as a whole is ran by kind, attentive professionals!
I was seen by Dr Eckstein and was misdiagnosed as having a psychological disorder. Had a second opinion at one of the top neurological hospitals and found to have autoimmune encephalitis. If i would have accepted his diagnosis i could have possibly died.
I started to see Dr. Eckstein last year for very painful nerve pain. He is the most professional, thorough and caring physicians I have met. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being.
