I switched OBs I was using Dr Ortiz. They do NOT answer their phones or give calls back no matter how many times you leave messages. It’s an hour alway from my house and I don’t have the time to drive up there when I need to get ahold of someone. I even called and left a message with the Whitney lady you call for issues and still NEVER received a call back from anyone. Dr. Ortiz is Very informative & makes himself available via portal messenger whenever you need to ask any questions outside of office hours. Absolutely loved our experience at caring for women’s their staff is beyond incredible!
