Two of my kids have started their first stage of braces. The staff has been great. They are very upfront about costs. My one qualm since going here the past couple years is with the appointments. My kids’ appointments often get cancelled and rescheduled. Our most recent appointment they were 45 minutes behind so we just sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and were not given a notice of them being behind.
