I really liked Dr Opella when he first came to SC. My experience was that when he moved to a practice alone he became overwhelmed and started to not read files and dismissed symptoms and he. OST me 9 months of time looking for the answers to what was going on with me. I hope he had more time to concentrate on his patients as a concierge physician. I left his practice in Hanuary and they were so out of touch they sent me a letter about his 3rd move.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Opella for almost 5 years. He is one of those Doctors that sets the bar really high. Personable , highly competent and really cares. We cannot say enough good things about him. Anita Fahey
Updated 7/7/26. I called again today to make an appointment with Dr. OPella And the receptionist noted he was not taking new patients and referred me to Dr. Singh. After all the information was exchanged The receptionist told me I was rude so I canceled my apt. I went to write a review regarding her attitude towards me and I realized I wrote a review about her 11 months ago as she called me rude back then. I don’t know what was rude about my tone.
