Let's begin by stating I HATE DENTISTS. Don't like 'em, never have. Last week my lower right canine tooth became loose enough that I knew I had to see a dentist. My wife made me an appointment here. Everyone at the office was very nice, and they empathized with my my feelings. After an X-ray it was determined the tooth had to be removed. I reluctantly agreed. They are super nice, great communication and friendly people. I like the atmosphere and they are all super nice.
I don't know who has worse service—Delta Dental or Christopher Nelis. Six months ago, I filed a claim because I was charged nearly $400 for two dental cleanings. The insurance company told me that the dental office already had the billing details and would refund my money; however, the dental office told me they hadn't received anything. Who am I supposed to believe? What terrible service!
