I found Mr. Luhn by using a web search for an attorney in Ballston spa to represent me in a matter concerning State Farm. I didn't think the subrogation claim was justified at all but I was way behind them in expertise and knowledge of that area. I stood to lose a lot. I was so happy after my first conversation with Mr. Luhn, he agreed to take my case when no other attorney would ! I signed the agreement, faxed all my paperwork and waited to hear what the next step would be. Things went downhill quickly, now it's been over a year since we've spoken, I've left countless phone messages, emails and emails through website and still no response!?!?!?!
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A ATTORNEY EVER! WHO YELLS AT AND THREATENS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM AND GIVES THE AGRESSOR ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY AGAIN ?! NOT FOR WOMEN'S RIGHTS OR MAYBE JUST TO LAZY TO DO HIS JOB! HE WAS SUPPLIED WITH PROOF OF EVERYTHING DONE TO MY FAMILY BUT DID NOT LIFT A FINGER UNLESS IT WAS TO BLAME ME...
