Arrived at my 11 appointment with a new stylist….. I have been a faithful customer for 7+ years & stylists always were prompt & started service…..After stylist placed towel & cape on me & discussed my wishes for touch up, she disappeared for more than 30 minutes!! Never experienced this before at this salon…! Considering this was a Saturday I had many errands & an event to attend, very disappointed. Such a waste of my time Also salon was NOT busy. My daughter went to Christopher Moore Salon for Hairstyling and make up for her prom. This was our first visit to the salon. The salon had a very warm atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming! She had Kimmie for make up. The make up was done very natural and flawless! She had Megan G for hair. Her hair was done even better than my daughter had hoped! Both ladies are very talented.
