I have known Dr. Kramer for decades since I was in training to become a Cardiologist and then, when I did a month of Cardiac MRI with him while I was in practice and he was a Professor in Cardiology and Radiology. He is very mild mannered and thoughtful and thorough and of course, an authority in Cardiology and Cardiovascular imaging. I was never his patient and do not have any conflicts of interest as I am now retired.
