Disappointed with quality and customer service at Elite EyeCare Runaway Bay I visited Elite EyeCare Runaway Bay regarding a delamination issue with my glasses. The staff informed me that the warranty was only two years and that they would not assist further. I moved to Runaway Bay three years ago from Sydney, and this was the first optometrist I attended for an eye test and new glasses.
