I will never go back there again not to Dr Matthews he took away the one nurse that I care about and liked and confided in and I loved all the people that was on the third floor and he took all of that away from me and stuck me with a bunch of nurses on the 4th floor who treated me like crap. They won't let you see him and that just wrong.
Mathews is the worse dr and office I have ever experienced. He should be picking up trash or something he is capable of. I am an existing patient and desperately needed to see him and was told it would be at least 9 months. They couldn't care less!!!! He is worse than useless. Save yourself the pain and go ANYWHERE else!!!!
I was TERRIFIED to get my colonoscopy but Dr. Matthews & his staff was very calming and took great care of me.
Even though I am too young to see him, my mom and dad have had wonderful experiences with him. He is wonderful with his practice and ethics in his field. Next time, there is an issue down the road that requires his services, we would definitely go see him in a heartbeat.
