I went in for rapid weight gain, along with elevated T3 and cortisol. The second I started telling him all of my symptoms, he responded in a very condescending tone to all of them. He gave me the one of the quickest exams I have gotten and proceeded to tell me the elevated T3 was a mistake and the cortisol was normal. He ordered me a test for Graves’ disease but did not retest anything else or give me any other idea of what could be going on. Dr. Martin is by far the best endocrinologist that I've had in my 25 years of diabetes. He really shows you that he cares about helping you with getting your diabetes in the best control possible and was an instrumental part of getting my A1C level down to 6.4. The best it has ever been since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an endocrinologist.
If I could give him a negative review, I would. Didnt read my chart, didn't listen to anything, just stop eating and take weight loss meds. Don't waste your time with this guy.
