I called RCO Garage Doors Modesto to replace a broken garage door spring they had repaired in 2017. Unfortunately the part was older than the warranty and was not covered by the warranty. Ron the technician contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and I showed him the issue. He immediately got to work and was able to get the spring replaced and the floor back in operation. He thanked me for the help and then left. That's twice I've had a wonderful experience with RCO Garage Doors Modesto.
We called to report an about broken spring. They arrived and with the necessary parts, were able to fix the issue within two days. Thank you for your great service.
My garage spring broke on a Friday and I called to be successful in arranging an appointment and service scheduled for the following Saturday. Jerry my technician arrived early in the morning. He completed the job with less than 30 minutes. He was totally professional, friendly and thorough throughout the repair. Excellent service, could not have asked for a better or more professional service.
I called around 2 pm on Saturday expecting to schedule an appointment later in the week. I was informed that a technician was available in my area and was expected to be at my home within about an hour. As if by magic, the technician showed up at 3:00. He was polite and friendly. I decided to replace my old 27-year-old opener with the latest technology that was on his property in the back of his pickup truck. We contacted Jon and he arrived the following morning as he was scheduled to be there. He put in the proper-sized springs for the door and made some adjustments, and then the space was spotless. The garage door works great, quick and quiet.
