My wife came here to address lack of hearing in one ear and a loud hissing noise,(TMJ), this has been going on for about 1-1/2 months and it’s really irritating to my wife. The Dr recommended a MRI so we did it for him and dropped it off last Monday, here we are coming today, a week later to his office unannounced due to not yet hearing from anyone about the results. Love this ENT office! They have a great holistic view of our child and provide very clear next steps/ recommendations to get our 5 year old to her best state
Dr Tran is kind and patient but too conservative for an older child who is suffering. We spent $7000 to meet a deductible so surgery could be performed. Surgery made zero improvement and my child needs another procedure. We will be moving to another ENT. This physician is very limited in the help he can offer. It seems young children and tongue ties might be his specialty. Not complex sinus inflammation. . Also be very cautious for their billing procedures. They will charge you for phone calls and Healow app questions. They ... read more
