Great doctor with great explanations to understand/bedside manner, but here’s the second time in two appointments that I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment time. If I have to be on time and take time off of work, why can’t the scheduling team pass the same courtesy? Last time I wasn’t seen until an hour and a half after my scheduled time.
All hail to Angela! She helped me schedule my appointment and unfortunately my kids were sick and I had to cancel my appointment leaving me weeks until another one however, she saved the day when she said she would put me on a list and give me a call back. And that she did, moving me up in the schedule 2 weeks! Thanks again for going above and beyond, Angela!
My wife has been seeing Dr. McGuirk for over six years. The last six months he has been over an hour late to his Telehealth appointments and today he was a no-show. His scheduling staff has changed recently and the seem very incompetent. It’s very frustrating to do business with them, horrible communication. He is an incredible doctor but their office administration is one of the worst I’ve seen ever. Hope they fix it soon.
Dr McQuirk is awesome 😎 he’s so funny and make you feel so comfortable.He delivered my daughter’s baby and she absolutely loved him . He’s an amazing doctor. Anyone out there looking for a great doctor he’s the one to go to you will not be disappointed..
