From my two experiences with Dr. Kilian, I would say that he practiced active listening and patient-centered care.
Went to Orthopedic Associates of Wisconsin to get a second opinion of best options to treat an arthritic shoulder. I was feeling some pressure by another practice to consider a shoulder replacement. Dr. Killian discussed options and after a gel injection followed by a cortisone shot, my shoulder feels like new. I appreciated his honest assessment - to put off the surgery until truly needed. This surgeon seems extremely knowledgeable and also has integrity. . .
