Takes very good care of my husband with the updated most respect.
The most incompetent group of people i have EVER encountered..total lack of professionalism refusal to followup or return calls. While they were wasting time not doing their jobs I sat home in horrible pain. I will NEVER return there. I am still in shock at how badly I was treated and the total lack of care, respect and diagnosis!!!! You should all be so ashamed and shut your doors!! "I" should have read their reviews!!! Valuable lesson learned! Do your homework.
Too bad I didn't receive the care that other posts refer to. I was referred by my Primary Care doctor for a fractured foot and ankle. Don't know if he has a problem with 80 year old women or what but first he did NOT listen to me when telling him I lived alone. He fitted me with a boot that was a LARGE which led to me stumbling and falling in my house. Second appointment he scolded me for not having my boot on. He was not professional when I told him I could not wear the boot and drive since it fit on my right foot! He acted... read more
I have been seeing Chris Lutz for 2-3 years now and he is terrific. I get shoulder injections for arthritis and once for bursitis and the results have been fantastic. I don't want surgery any sooner than I have to. Chris is always friendly but professional and I trust him. He does not push anything drastic too soon as it is better to try the simpler less invasive things first and I appreciate that.
