The entire staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, timely and professional.. Dr Leidke and the staff in Hampton Bays are amazing!!! Seriously knocked it out of the park. The girls in the office are super accommodating, kind and just as compassionate as the medical staff! Rarely do I get a 10 out of 10 experience from Stonybrook affiliated doctors (or their offices). But THIS office, the Hampton Bays location, I would recommend to anyone!!!
Dr liedke and staff Marissa and Michelle were welcoming, patient, and wonderful. This was our first visit.
Insurance is not taken care in a timely manner & office makes patients feel they are to blame. The women I spoke to was immediately nasty, told me I needed to learn about hippa- her field not mine, and hung up on me when I started crying. Waited 2 months for an appointment & they waited until a week before my second appointment to get a referral.
