My first time with any Doctor a Cleveland clinic. I was very impressed, his Nurse was very nice and caring. Dr Lau was very thorough he actually read the reports I brought it. He addressed all my concerns, never felt rushed. He was very human and caring to get to the root cause. I wish him all the best on his journey and I am so happy I have him as my Pulmonologist .
He is the BEST! Took time and answered all of my questions. He is very thorough and actually cares about his patients. He doesn't rush through the visit. I wish I had found him sooner. I highly recommend him!
