I think my Doctor , Dr. Laohathai and team Doctors didn't just talk but they all listened. After having 3 seizures I believe 2 of mine was stress related and they took some of that into consideration. We now have some good plans in place. I also was gave things to color during my stay and a food basket when I left. There was a few sweet nurses that just understood what I was going thru as a person. The doctors, NP, nursing staff were all amazing. The food service staff not so much.
The physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff made every effort to keep me comfortable during my stay. Very friendly and accommodating from the officer at security check, to front desk, to the hardworking employees making sure to bring hot meals to my bedside. I didn’t make it more than a few hours of what was supposed to be a 5-night stay. It was no fault if anyone else’s. Thank you for your patience and for all of your hard work and kind effort.
Dr Laohathai was professional and compassionate. He listened to me and took time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what we were doing. He did not try to boss me or bully me but treated me like a knowledgeable adult while at the same time displaying real skill and knowledge.
