Was rechecked regarding my DVT’s the entire visit took almost two hours mostly waiting to be seen by the medical staff. Needed clearance to be off medication for epidural procedure but office holds up giving approval asked over two weeks prior to this visit. Nurse practitioner found request and signed at visit. We could not get a copy so I hope my pain doctor will receive it.
Not only very professional but extremely personable. Creates an aura of confidence for the medical procedure.
