I wish my mother-in-law had Dr. Chadwell . She was admitted with critical labs along with multi test . The hospitalist was geriatric, hospice palatine care and skin / wound . I fined that their were multiple communications that were missed as family members she lives with . If it was not for me asking to see the h/h and INR levels . WE would not have KNOW TO What caused the error or to much medication verses other causes . I have had Dr. Chadwell , no doubt he would have ask other family members .
