Dr Sinha is a good ENT doctor. His office suffers from back office issues. I had a morning appointment which was scheduled months in advance. I received many reminders, including a reminder less than 2 hours before the appointment time with a note about a $50 charge if I canceled or needed to reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice. I arrived on time and was told the doctor was unavailable for my appointment since he was in surgery that day. Don’t suppose they will pay me $50 for the waste of my time.
Front desk, nurse and Dr. were excellent. Wait time was short and appointment was on time.
Awesome doctor. Just the best.
