I am asking for a prior authorization for Prolia and communication is very difficult with Dignity Health and Dr. Kuhlman's office. You can 't directly get in touch with his office. Also I need to request a new medicine in case of an allergic reaction to Boniva, which he did prescribe, in case I can't get the Prolia injection. I want to request an epipen because I have had several allergic reactions to medicine in the past. Pfizer VACCINE, Keflax, Demerol..and needed the epipen!!
