chris sent paul searcy to show my husband one house. paul then decided he was going to be a chauvinist and only speak with my husband. my husband and i decided after the tour, we wanted a different realtor. paul decided that was not going to happen. and has several times threatened to sue us if we purchase the one and only house he show us. he talked to my husband for 45 minutes that is all. now he wants to get a commission on that one house as if he did anything. he knew nothing about the property. he says he cant work with... read more

I didn't really know what to expect from a realtor bc I have never brought a house before and I was doing it all on my own but Chris and I crossed paths. He is so knowledgeable ! Chris was so helpful in helping us buy our first home. He not only assisted us in the process but also was great about looking for foundation issues, roof conditions, electrical and so much more in the homes as we did walk throughs.
