My experience with Mr. Chris Kern was that he was very professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. He was forthcoming with information that I needed to know.
I would not use this attorney. I called him to inquire about a financial matter and he seemed to be willing to help me and to see what he could do. I advised him it would take me time to get the documentation. I also called him again to tell him it was late because of my tardiness and I apologized with a voicemail and followed up same day with an email. I ended up receiving a rude and impolite email as of today. Very unprofessional.
I have found him to be the best lawyer I have ever had and would recommend him to my family and friends. Everytime I needed him, he was there and that goes for my husband as well. Joan Bressler
Stay away from this man. He is incompetent, lazy, insolent, and abusive. He took our money and we didn't hear from him in 5 months. He tried to extort more money from us through trustee payments. When I questioned him, he became irrationally angry and verbally abusive. He lost papers, didn't file what he was supposed to and made us do all of the legwork.
