When I got a letter in the mail saying I owed California over $3500 in taxes I knew it had to be a mistake, I brought all my paperwork to Christopher and within the first 5 minutes of the meeting he found the error and said it would be a easy fix. After California had lost my paperwork twice Alexis made sure that they confirmed they had received it by constantly calling them waiting on hold for hours just to get my case settled. I finally received the check in the mail for all the taxes I doubled paid on! Thank you so much.
