Absolutely awful response time. Took weeks to report back with a simple hemoglobin, even with multiple calls to the office, and attempted to contact through the preferred "my chart". It took over a month to get additional results, with multiple messages to the office manager. Even with some of the tests taking 2 weeks to come in, the provider's office never contacted us. Excellent doctor. So fun and informative Really took the time to explain everything to me all while being silly and keeping my 4 year old comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend
