Christopher Williamson blames others including the therapists and patient instead of taking responsibility for a failed surgical procedure. He says this is normal. After 9 months, this is still serious everyday pain trauma and loss of the full use and strength of my arm because of pride and incompetence. Better experience at Rothman institute.
The 5 star rating is for Dr. Williamson only. This was my first hand surgery, everything went well. He’s personable with patients and took the time to explain my surgical procedure. He calls you the day after your surgery. As for the office staff, they couldn’t care less. They all have voicemails that say, leave a message but no one returns phone calls. I received a shot in my right hand for pain from carpal tunnel. Three weeks following this steroidal shot; the pain worsened. At the time I was given the shot, I asked him will this take the pain away? The doctor stated yes. I was gradually losing the mobility in my fingers after this shot and having extreme pain and swelling with lots of bruising.
