I began therapy with a slew of issues, ranging from panic attacks to a needle and blood phobia. Chris is very easy to work with, and helps you work through things rather than just getting things off your chest, something past psychologists have failed me with. I was very happy with my experience with Chris. He is rational and compassionate. Some therapists will let you come into their office and just talk and talk. But, after a few sessions, if you're like me, as much as you like being able to get things off your chest, you also start to realize there's not a lot of forward progress. Chris's style and methods focus on listening and empathizing and then helping you find ways to handle life's problems and grow into healthier mental habits.
