This was by far the most thorough eye exam with the kindest staff I’ve ever had! Everyone from start to finish was amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone!
I ended up finding them when urgent care misdiagnosed my eye infection. They treated my eye issue correctly and watched me closely for about a month, prescribing several drops and making sure my vision was restored. Highly recommend going here with your vision needs. The staff and Dr. provide excellent care.
Everyone was kind and pleasant. I so very much appreciated them being able to get me in for an emergency visit. Unfortunately, the pain has returned after 2 hours because the numbing drop she put in wore off. I know it will take time to heal the scratch on my cornea but, in the meantime , I’m in horrible pain. I was told by the Dr she doesn’t like to prescribe it. A prescription for a few drops isn’t much to ask for and surely wouldn’t hurt. They were quick, thorough, and kind.
The individuals at this establishment are angels. They not only are AMAZING with children (making them feel safe and really engaging with them during the exams) but they really care about their parents too. I am a single mother living pay check to pay check just like many other parents in the area. They heard my struggles without even having to voice them and they completely waived the cost of my son’s glasses. I have never met such kind hearted individuals.
