My experience today was a great feeling I took care of my situation with my hearing and they were very kind and gracious
I did not get paid due to delayed paperwork: The FMLA paper work they returned to Sedgwick (company that handles paperwork for my firm) had a fax # for them. When Sedgwick sent a 2nd request to confirm surgery was done to the fax # on their paperwork, they never received it because the fax # on their paperwork was not correct. I advised Tiffany, Dr. Leto’s assistant, that she should have provided them with updated info when she sent in the 1st of papers if she knew the info was incorrect.
