I brought my parents in for an appointment. The woman at the front checking us out was extremely rude. She was rude to several patients as well as my parents when they only asked a simple question about their co pay. Also she was sick. Coughing and talking about how sick she was. Seems like a bad combo at a doctor's office with numerous people coming in
I came to Dr. Leto a few years back while in horrible pain. Although, I had insurance issues initially, I walked away very happy and pain free. He was very pleasant and so was the staff! I would recommend and visit again if I ever needed to.
Dr Leto, his PA and staff are amazing! They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and truly care which I feel is hard to find these days. I appreciate that they specifically listen to me without making me feel rushed.
Dr. Leto is friendly and explains things in simple terms providing reassurance regarding my health status.
