The doctor and his staff were incredibly friendly and Very professional. Dr. Leto took the time to hear what I had to say, It actually made me feel like he cared about treating me.
Dr Leto is the best - he's very knowledgeable and gives patients the best care. I'm very thankful that he has been my doctor for the sinus issues that I've encountered.
Not at all impressed. Impersonal, dismissive treatment by everyone on his team who I met and they did not help me with my problems and the cost seemed excessively high. The building his office is in is completely deserted besides his office and understandably so bc there is major construction happening inside the building with continuous jackhammer noises and other banging construction noises and dust. The whole experience seemed unprofessional and a waste of time and money.
I brought my parents in for an appointment. The woman at the front checking us out was extremely rude. She was rude to several patients as well as my parents when they only asked a simple question about their co pay. Also she was sick. Coughing and talking about how sick she was. Seems like a bad combo at a doctor's office with numerous people coming in
I came to Dr. Leto a few years back while in horrible pain. Although, I had insurance issues initially, I walked away very happy and pain free. He was very pleasant and so was the staff! I would recommend and visit again if I ever needed to.
