5/16/2020 - We LOVE him as well as his P.A. Darlene! We will never change Doctors. He/they spend(s) time with you & he/they genuinely CARE about you! and they are very thorough. Of course that translates in to longer wait time in/at the office, but, ... it's easy to understand why. If you need to be in-&-out quickly, do not even bother coming here. BUT, if you want THE BEST CARE - then I can't recommend anyone BUT - Dr. Labban & P.A. Darlene at Southwest Medical Ctr. (on Baseline, E of Lindsay in Mesa)
I have always had the best care from Dr Labban he is a doctor who takes his time with you. Most pcp are 15 mins total from check in to out they spend 5 minutes with you not with this office and they have a great new staff very helpful and make you feel like family like your health matters. I have been a patient since 2010 I will never change doctors.
He has a great new staff and I love how he takes the time to go over everything with you and you dont have to leave office for lab draw of xray.
I love this office. they are always great, very helpful. I love his NP Janina Grubb. she is a life saver. i dont know where I'd be without her. she has literally saved my life more then once. she takes care of you just like you were family. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dr.
The staff is great they truly care about people and Np Janina Grubb is the best she has been caring for my family for 7 years now and continues to amaze me we love her like family she has saved our lives multiple times and is truly an angel.
I work in the medical industry and so as you would assume when it comes to who are the HIGHEST recommended doctors we kinda have an advantage! Out of all those I personally know Dr. Labban is hands down one of the most highly recommended in the field of Primary Care and Internal Medicine. I'm honored to say how incredibly fortunate I am to be a patient of his. Yes sometimes there's a wait... but once your in with him not only was it worth the wait in GOLD you understand why!
Dr. is OK, when you actually see him. Appointment times are not honored, wait times are often over two hours. Staff, including the Dr., can bee seen standing around and chatting while patients wait, and wait, and wait.
I have been a patient with Dr. Labban for over 10 years. I see his PA, Stephanie all of the time. Stephanie is thorough but seems to be overworked and stressed out most of the time. I feel that Stephanie is concerned and cares about my health issues. It would really be nice if Dr. Labban stepped in during one of my office visits just to say hello and ask how I am doing. The staff is nice enough but again.They all just seem to busy to make me feel welcome. Survey below is for Stephanie F.
