Chris is a terrible communciator who will leave you hanging with unanswered questions until days before tax deadline. Good luck trying to readily reach the ”professional“ with simple tax questions or for some of his time. regardless of charging an exorbitant fee for basic software input, your best bet is to stay far away and use a generic walk in office for 5X better service at likely half the cost.
